1 (15oz can) Black Beans.
2 Corn Tortilla
3 cloves of Garlic
1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
Your Choice of toppings!
In a skillet, saute Onions in olive oil over med-high heat.
Once translucent add garlic, saute 1-2 minutes, careful not to burn.
Add Tomatoes, black beans, and seasoning, let simmer.
Warm Corn Tortillas in a skillet so they are pliable and don’t break in two.
Top with Bean mixture, lettuce, choice of veggies, cilantro, and olives.
