I love me some milk shakes – by body and my fitness journey – not so much! The following is a recipe to curb my cravings, fuels my body with nutrients, and give me a little pick me up without all the extra calories and sugar!
1C Almond Milk
1/2 tsp Almond Extract.
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract.
1 Scoop Vegan Vanilla Shakeology
Cinnamon to taste.
Ice to taste.
Combine ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!
